- Time Frame: You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your online purchases.
- Condition for Return: Items must be undamaged and in their original condition.
- Refund: We will refund the full value of the returned items (excluding original delivery charges) to your credit card or as online credits, based on your purchase method.
- Refund Confirmation: You will receive an email once your return is processed.
- Delayed Refund: If no refund is received within 14 days, please contact your bank with the return confirmation for assistance.
How to Return:
- Online Returns:
- Log in to your account.
- Select the order and choose ‘Return Order’.
- Specify items and their condition for return.
- Refunds will be processed after warehouse receipt, excluding delivery charges.
- In-Store Returns:
- Returns can also be made at any WearMart store within the country of purchase.
Refund Process:
- Method: Refunds are issued via the original payment method (except Cash on Delivery, which will be refunded as online credits).
- Bank Cards: Refunds to bank cards should appear within 3-5 working days.
- Online Credits: These are reflected immediately upon refund confirmation.
Mixed Payment Refunds: For purchases made with a combination of card payment, online credits, or Amber reward points, the refund will be processed in the following order: Amber points, online credits, and then the bank card.
Exchanges: Items need to be refunded first, and then a new order should be placed for the replacement item
